According to Barter News, barter activity through the 450 organized trade exchanges in the U.S. is growing at 12 to 15% per year. Since 1999 when our company was established, we have been a big fan of bartering. We are a witness to how fast a company or individual can grow there brand by simply providing the services they specialize in. The services and products that we have to exchange is: Advertising on our websites and social networks, Exhibitor space at our expos and conventions, Sponsorships Packages for our events, Marketing Services, Design Services and concierge services for the day of our Expos and Conventions.

Venues wanting to host one of our events: It’s very simple! You don’t charge us anything for room rental. You don’t enforce food and beverage minimum. You allow use of any on site resources, equipment and décor such as tables, chairs and linen. In return, we bring out public event to your location and promote your venue. We also always have a cash bar at the events. For the venues that do not have an in-house food and beverage department, we split the “day of” profit from the door. We also list you as a sponsor on our website for one year and feature you in the venue directory (currently being redesigned).
Hotels wanting to be listed in the hotel directory only: We exchange your property’s meeting room hours for listings on our sites. Click here for the details.
Photographers & Videographers: You shoot the events and the models, you receive tons of Exposure, advertising and networking opportunities. Click here for details.
Production Companies: You provide sound, lighting, AV etc. In return, you are listed as a sponsor for that event. You also get featured on the website. You also have the option to receive a booth at that show.
Dj’s: You can DJ one event to receive a standard listing, two events to receive a feature listing and 5 events to become our exclusive DJ for one year and be listed on the front of the website for one year.
Celebrity Hosts: You host at one of the events and you receive 100 tickets (worth $1000) or a listing in the entertainment directory where people go to look for professional entertainers for their events.
Dance & Runway Instructors: You choreograph one Fashion Show or Model Camp and you receive 100 tickets (worth $1000) or a listing in the dance directory on our website.
Décor Specialist: You decorate one section of one event and receive a standard listing on the website. You decorate the entire venue for one event and receive a free vendor space at the show and/or a premier listing on the site. Decorate 3 Events and become one of 3 preferred decor companies, listed as a sponsor for a year, a booth at all the shows if you choose and a listing on the front of the website for one year.
Security Companies:Provide 1-2 unarmed or armed guard for a 6 hour event and receive a one year standard listing on our website. Cover 2 events and receive a one year featured listing on the site. Cover three events and receive a front page listing for one year.
Rental, drapery & Linen Companies: Provide the table and chair covers for one event and receive a standard on year listing. Provide drapery for one event and receive one year premier listing on the website. Provide $200 worth of products or services for a standard listing on the site. Provide $400 worth of products or services for a premier listing.

Photographers & Videographers:Pink City Entertainment & Project Curve Appeal has an opportunity for 4 photographers and 2 videographers to receive a free standard listing on www.thevendordirectory.com or a table at the event to network. All you have to do is cover the December 12, 2009 Pink Christmas Expo that will take place downtown Atlanta at Legends 183 and provide a photo CD with all the images from the event. If interested, please submit a contact form today and include a link to your website so that we can see samples of your work. Coverage at the event will include getting shots and footage of the vendors, fashion shows, guests, entertainers and models. Other photography opportunities.
